Needed: Help distributing a survey on Assistive Technology

Cornell's Disability and Business Technical Assistance Center ( DBTAC) center is assisting Great Lakes ADA Center and DBTAC: Southwest ADA Center doing a survey on assistive tech usage.

Please share with your networks as appropriate to assist Cornell in collecting data that should provide a window into the use or lack of use of AT.

There is a short turn around on this -- 6/12/09.

The survey will only take a minute or two, there are 14 questions.
